We are a team of people driven by a shared passion for good, high-quality food. We created our own universe of taste on the 6th and 7th floors (rooftop) of the Stegi, to share it with locals and visiting food lovers in Athens who are looking for a fresh, accessible gastronomic experience.
A contemporary à la carte restaurant with an independent rooftop bar*, unique energy, and unobstructed views of the Acropolis, Amphibian invites its guests to explore unexpected flavor combinations through the ever-evolving menu of Chef Patron Tasos Mantis (Soil). A menu that moves fluidly between Mediterranean and international cuisine, perfectly complemented by a carefully curated wine list and culinary cocktails.

*The rooftop bar will officially open in May.

Like amphibians, Amphibian exists between worlds. This in-between state defines our philosophy: to move freely between flavors, moods, and ideas, without being confined to a single identity.

A philosophy that runs through everything we do—our kitchen, our space, and the experience we want to offer our guests. A form of gastronomy without rigid boundaries, one that respects people and nature, evolves constantly, experiments boldly, and remains open to all.
