From meat and fish to vegetarian and vegan dishes, each option is prepared by Chef Tasos Mantis (Soil) and his team in our striking open kitchen, where the creative process comes to the forefront and becomes part of the experience itself.
Served on custom MudLab ceramics, the dishes are paired with cocktails by Bespoke Directors or wines from a curated list by our Head Sommelier, Kosmas Giannoulis — a selection shaped by terroir and spontaneous fermentation, ranging from bold sparkling and natural wines to classic labels by small producers from around the world.

On the 7th floor, the menu stays the same, but the vibe shifts. As the lights dim, elegant, airy indie-pop melodies give way to more uptempo, groove-driven sounds curated by Giorgos Seragos of Best Radio 92.6.
Here, the atmosphere becomes even more relaxed and spontaneous, shaped by the music, imaginative cocktails by Bespoke Directors, and our impressive wine list — a collection that moves fluidly between different expressions of Greek and international terroir, bringing together familiar labels and rarer finds waiting to be discovered.
